Body Mechanics

The Body Mechanics program will cover various ways your body works together to keep alignment while creating isolations with the upper body and coordinating this with the lower body. We will train isolations, undulations, and increase your range of motion so we can improve fluidity and coordination! You will also learn how to create spirals, about the frame, and how to use this in the connection with our partner.
Recommended level: Beginner to intermediate

This course will also help you develop stronger body awareness needed to prepare yourself for head movements and off axis turns.
