Sierra Briner, Director of Zouk Babes Saint Louis

Sierra Briner is beginning her journey as a Brazilian Zouk and Lambada instructor and organizer for her local community in Saint Louis, Missouri.

She fell in love with dance at an early age and spent most of her time training ballet and contemporary styles. She later found social partner dancing in 2015 when she started learning Lindy Hop and Blues dancing in 2015. Through Lindy Hop she explored various music genres and explores much of her musicality through Jazz. She continued developing her dance with Salsa and Bachata in 2019, took a brief hiatus, and returned to dancing in 2021.

When Sierra found Zouk in December of 2023, she immediately fell in love and started training wherever she could. Within 2 months she went to ZoukMX 2024 where she did her first Zouk Babes Bootcamp which she says gave her the tools she needed to grow her technique and feel expressive in her body while dancing.

Sierra is committed to growing community and helping people find freedom in their dance through technique and fundamentals! She is excited to be a Zouk Babe and develop others alongside her!
