We are in week 5 and I have 3 special training's for you! 
Training 5.1 and 5.2 will focus on arm styling in head movements! 

In Training 5.3 we will use a sequence I have put together to bring some of the ideas we practiced throughout the course but using the highest difficulty with a focus on head movements. 💪
