This first week will likely take a bit longer to get through material because I am introducing the drills we will work with every week! 

Repetition is key to building muscle memory and really beginning to understand how your body is working! 
Once you get a hang of the drills it will take less time to get through the warm-up! 

The first week is approximately 75 minutes of video material but could take a bit longer depending on how much time you need to pause at the indicated cues. Remember it is self paced so it is ok to take your time!
