Week 2, here's what we'll do!
Hello Babes!!!
Remember to begin with the stretching part 1 to get your body ready then you can go straight to the first video where we will do the warm up together!! I like to go over these movements carefully to make sure you are absorbing the information and have some time to practice it with more thought before we begin with music so please continue to move as I move! :D
Finding your "line" in body movements may get some getting used to but keep this as a conscious thought throughout the practice! There is so much practice needed to building body awareness and range of motion! Let's do it, babes!!!
