I am so excited to start the Head Movement series with you! Thank you for joining Head Movements I where we will begin to dive deep into understanding head movements in your own body! πŸ€—

This first week we will go over the foundation and basics of head movements and you will be given exercises to practice alignment and fluidity in stationary head motion!πŸ’ͺ I want you to use these exercises as a guide to find your alignment and learn how your body is working all together from head to toe to create the flow.  If this movement is new for you, don't be discouraged! πŸ’– There is a lot of detail today and we are just getting familiar with things. Throughout the course we will use these foundational techniques to repeat in various ways that will make sense in your body and for your Zouk! 😊

By the end of today's class, the goal is for you to become more comfortable with the idea of head movement and how to create the motion in your body safely and comfortably😻
