We are on week #4! Last week I realized I forgot to add the new part to the warm ups 🙈 (sorry) hehe! So this week start with the new warm up video posted under week #3 (Warm up #3). Next week we will have another drill added for the warm ups! 👏

I like to use repetition because how else are you supposed to get better?! 🤷 Each time there is something to work on or something new to discover!
